Intended use – kerbstones only
The set is intended exclusively for ground-level laying of kerbstones, edging, boundary stones and cable ducts made of concrete or granite.
The set is not intended for paving stones, patio slabs or other building materials. Standard GECO sets with universal suction plates serve those applications.
The device may only be used for ground-level laying of kerbstones.

- Vacuum lifter GECO 300 PRO (45 kPa)
- Adjustable kerbstone suction plate (90–180° adjustment, kerbs 12–15 cm)
- Chain sling WLL 1.12 t, 3.0 m long, with shortening clevis hook

The set does not include universal suction plates for pavers and slabs.

Kerbstone plate lifting capacity
Thanks to the higher vacuum of the hydraulic system (45 kPa) the same plate lifts 250 kg – including heavy granite kerbs.
Applications
Laying road and pavement kerbs, lawn edging, boundary stones and cable ducts. Operated from a carrier – excavator, mini excavator or wheel loader that takes the weight of the stone.
Working safety
The chain sling has a working load limit of WLL 1.12 t (1120 kg) – many times the maximum load of the kerbstone plate (250 kg). The limiting factor is always the vacuum, never the sling.
The guide handles let the operator position the kerbstone without entering the danger zone beneath the excavator boom or the loader mast.
Always use the load securing chain when working suspended.
