How to lay blocks - stair treads using a vacuum gripper?
To build a durable staircase you must:

1. Prepare the framework
Take the necessary measurements, determine the type of soil and plan the entire stair flight. To make an appropriate, durable, strong foundation, it is best to use concrete B10 and crushed aggregate - gravel 25 cm.

2. Step seating:
Stair treads are best placed on a layer of semi-dry concrete with a thickness of 10 to 15 cm. Keeping in mind that we always arrange the steps from the bottom one after the other. This is where our GECO 200 grab comes into play. Stair treads are very heavy and often have to be lifted, backfilled and repositioned. By sucking the treads from the top and lifting them, you do not feel overloading your spine. Work is easier and safer.

3 Finishing and Gap Filling :
Depending on the type of steps and the manufacturer's guidelines, it may be necessary to fill the gaps between the steps with silicone grout.
